Organiclea is recruiting an ‘enterprise and employment link’ worker. A post that builds on exciting and energising pilot activities that have supported those involved in our training, volunteering and community gardening to identify goals and achieve next steps linked to employability, livelihoods and skills development. This role is supported by the City Bridge Trust’s ‘Growing Localities’ fund, and a partnership programme ‘Getting Young People into Work’ with the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
The role is for 3 days per week, plus occasional weekend work and some additional unpaid coop responsibilities. Based at Hawkwood Community Plant Nursery for at least 2 of the 3 days.
Salary: £21,567 pro rata.
2 year contract subject to a 7 month probation period.
